Erik Mintz

Founder & Chief Executive Officer DealCoachPro

Mintz has 26 years of experience in the software development industry. He spent 8 years at Constant Contact as Director of EventSpot (2008 – 2015). Prior to Constant Contact, Mintz was founder and CEO of e2M Systems which was acquired by Constant Contact in May, 2008. He started his career at IBM in Boca Raton, Florida working a total of 11 years in OS/2, Global Services and IBM Corporate. Mintz earned an MBA from MIT Sloan and Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Bill Golder

Founder at DealCoachPro

Golder has 24 years of executive experience in B2B sales and marketing. He is currently the founder and CEO of Slingshot Growth Partners, a Grand Rapids based consulting firm focused on helping small and mid-sized B2B companies improve sales effectiveness. As Chief Sales Officer for Miller-Heiman, a premier sales training and consulting firm, Golder played a key role in helping the firm nearly double revenues over a 6-year period and achieve a private equity transaction in 2008. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and currently resides in Grand Rapids with his wife and two children.

Mike Mangan

VP - Business Management, West Coast Operations Enterprise Holdings, Inc.

Mike began his career at Enterprise in 1996 as a Staff Accountant and has held various Accounting positions, both in the field and at corporate. In 2004, he was promoted to Corporate Business Manager working with the North Central region. In 2007 he transferred to the West Coast region where he currently acts as an Advocate, Liaison, and Support Mechanism for the field operating groups. In 2013, he was promoted to Vice President of Business Management for Enterprise Holdings, the most comprehensive service provider and only investment-grade Company in the car rental industry. Mike holds a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Accounting from Florida State University.

Sara is a 25-year veteran in the Information Technology industry. She is a creative, strategic thinker with in-depth technical experience in business transformation, IT strategy, enterprise software, hardware and services. She's driven solutions from the concept stage to deployment in a global environment and project managed financial services implementations in the US, Latin America and Japan.

Jeff Yanni

General Manager, Delta Airlines

Jeff is a 19 year veteran of the airline industry. He specializes in process development and process discipline to achieve superior operational performance. As a leader of a large team he also believes servant leadership drives high performance results. While not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, coaching baseball and watching NASCAR. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a MBA in Business Management. He currently resides in Delray Beach Florida with his family.

Steve Oriola

Steve has over 20 years of experiencing helping early stage tech companies scale including 10 years with Constant Contact. He has held functional leadership roles in product strategy, marketing and business development. With over 16 years in SaaS, Steve has expertise building solutions for both SMB and enterprise customers. Steve is currently an Executive-in-Residence at Bessemer Venture Partners and was recently the CEO of Pipedrive, a global SaaS CRM solution for SMB. Steve holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.

Eric Silverman

Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Eastham Capital

Eastham Capital is a private equity real estate (PERE) investment business focused on buying, improving, stabilizing and selling distressed Multifamily real estate. We are looking for real estate operators (we call them Manager/Developers) to co-invest with in distressed Multifamily Apartment deals. We are Investors; not Managers. Our Manager/Developer partners must be GREAT Property Managers (we don't hire 3rd party Managers) and they must invest with us so that they have "SKIN IN THE GAME.
